Cengkareng Sub-District Head, Masud Effendi acknowledged that every urban village head was been instructed to have waste bank.
“My instruction is an obligation. Thus, every urban village in Cengkareng must have waste bank,” he said, Monday (9/28).

“There is no waste bank in Cengkareng Flat, but there has been waste house. Hopefully our program could run well in the near future,” he uttered.
Some time ago, Jakarta Vice Governor, Djarot Saiful Hidayat urged local residents to save waste through waste bank in their respective neighborhood.
